K V Anand, had served as a Corporate Channel Partner and a Group HR Director in the Digital Healthcare Industry for the past 3 years. Consuming 28 years of experiences, K V Anand had carried several caps executing strategic planning, branding, marketing, event management, and currently enduring into the environment of Training & Development (the learning management).


Moving into a new dimension, K V Anand has a vision of developing talents which will lead to creating talent development programs. This path is taken after a much research done with an extensive detailing and understanding the current need of skilled work force to be equipped with knowledge which will develop both employees and employers in succussing an organizations growth moving forward.

Having said that, K V Anand desires to be the voice and advocate to the need of Human Capital Development providing teachings and practices towards empowering the work force to “WORK HAPPY”

A serial entrepreneur, from a young age Shoghi has expressed interest in learning & development through the ventures he has taken.

Shoghi was a proud owner of Syuen College & Karisma College before he was even 30 years old. Through these institutions, Shoghi has been working relentlessly to provide affordable education for Malaysian youths. Upon success of the institutions, he passed the business to his partners and moved on to the best works of his life.

Today, Shoghi owns and manages Armada International College where he is continuing his work in providing affordable education for youths and has expanded to do the same for adults.

Vasan Lingan

An ardent believer in self-development, Vasan has spent the past 15 years accumulating experiences and knowledge to create impact through the work he is doing today. He has trained, facilitated and coached in 10 countries, impacting participants from all walks of life, mainly corporate entities, startups, communities and youth.

The expertise gained eventually landed him with one of the pivotal roles in developing the MYCorps programme for the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Malaysia. 

 

Vasan was part of the team that designed and engineered the MYCorps programme, facilitated and coached the volunteering participants for the 3months mission in Cambodia.

Upon completion of his contract with MYCorps, Vasan expanded his knowledge sharing to New York where he was exposed to the United Nations and the Sustainable Development Goals. Vasan then decided to travel on land through Central America focusing on the under-developed and under-exposed communities, initiating sustainable development projects which will allow the communities to self-sustain and independently initiate future projects. Today, Vasan is focusing on conducting Sustainability & ESG workshops for industries across the board.

Dr Suntheram, a seasoned expert in ISO certification, training and audit, which brings over 15 years of experience. His journey started with a passion for technology management systems and business development graduating from UTM Malaysia. Begin in an entry-level role in an audit firm, Dr Suntheram underwent extensive training and experience to grasp ISO standards for his clients.

Overcoming challenges of skepticism, he honed his skills in conducting audits and guiding organizations towards compliance and operational excellence. Dr Suntheram expertise not only ensures adherence to standards but also fosters continuous improvement and organizational
success.

Fiona Tsen Sin Han

Chief Finance Officer

Fiona, currently serving as an, Acting Manager, which looks into the environment of Business Development, Administration, Finance, Marketing and sales. Being in the administration environment in the past, Fiona had consumed 15 years of experience. Having said that, Fiona had developed an interest towards work force scaling which leads to identifying talent.

Fiona has an ambition in developing talent and now contributes her expertise towards talent development where the experiences will reveal the needs of coaching, training and development for an organization in having healthy environment where “mental health” matters the most.

With a positive note, Fiona’s research in an environment friendly work force will be executed towards designing needed programs to enhance the skilled based work force.
